Main responsibilities and aims:

  • Representing the firm and clients during court proceedings
  • Participation in shaping the firm’s policy
  • Maintaining long-term relations with clients
  • Conducting negotiations and participating in concluding agreements with main contractors – clients
  • Overseeing contract procedures and terms compliance

Requirements:

  • Higher law education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a solicitor
  • Knowledge of civil law, competition law and financial market law
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of any other language can be an additional asset
  • Punctuality and ability to work under the pressure of time
  • Availability and readiness to travel on business
  • Good organization of work
  • Ability to easily establish and maintain contacts with clients

Trainee solicitor

Main responsibilities and aims:

  • Maintaining relations with clients
  • Conducting negotiations and participating in concluding agreements with clients
  • Substituting for solicitors in court proceedings
  • Preparing projects of legal documents and legal analysis

Requirements:

  • Higher law education (a second faculty such as finances, management, logistics, accounting, psychology can be additional assets)
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Availability, readiness to travel on business
  • Organizational skills, self-discipline and reliability
  • Trainee solicitor status
  • Knowledge of civil law, particularly damages law and companies law
  • Punctuality and ability to work under time pressure
  • Good organization of work
  • Ability to easily establish and maintain contacts with Clients

Requirements:

  • Being a graduate or a 5th year student of a university law faculty
  • Practical ability to interpret legal articles
  • Ability to establish contact with clients
  • Conscientiousness and responsibility
